Best Vitamin C Serum For Rosacea And Sensitive Skin 2024.

Why Vitamin C Is An Important Part Of Your Skincare Routine.
Using Vitamin C topically on your skin can be beneficial in accelerating the production of collagen and elastin in the skin, which helps to keep the skin firm and slow down the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It can also be useful for decreasing dark spots, heal blemishes and protect against sun damage. It’s best to apply during your morning skincare routine and make sure you always wear sunscreen after applying Vitamin C.
Which Type Of Vitamin C Is Best For Rosacea?
L-Ascorbic acid has been shown to to prevent Rosacea flare-ups and is helpful in soothing inflamed skin. Vitamin C contains anti-inflammatory bioflavonoids that can help to heal damaged blood vessels which cause redness. It’s recommended to use 4000-6000 mg daily of Vitamin C and can be found in foods such as broccoli, kiwi, strawberry, bell peppers, oranges, kale and tomatoes.
