Have You Tried A Cleansing Oil Yet?

I’ve been converted to suing a cleansing oil as my first cleanser to remove dirt and makeup and sunscreen from my face. I find it is the best way to remove the most of any products on my skin before using a second cleanser (usually foam or gel) to remove any oil residue on my skin. Using a cleansing oil is also a gentle way rather than using a scrub or face cloth to remove make up or dirt. They are often used as a first step in the double cleansing process.

Cleansing oils should be applied on dry skin and then massaged in circular motions to create a lather. The oil can then be rinsed off with cool water or removed with a damp washcloth.

Some cleansing oils contain ingredients that can irritate the skin, such as fragrances, essential oils, and emulsifiers. These ingredients should be avoided so they don't aggravate Rosacea symptoms.
