I recently came across this lovely rainwear brand Batela in Cape Town South Africa whilst shooting some campaign photos for a local leather brand. I loved the Batela raincoats so much I thought I would share here on my blog. Raincoats used to be pretty unstylish when I was a child so I used to always rather just get wet wearing a normal coat than but my waterproof jacket on. Well times have changed.

Batela South Africa was born out of a love for shopping and an appreciation for fashion. Founded and run by an entrepreneur, an attorney, and an accountant. Batela SA looks forward to continuing to change the way one approaches coastal weather and travel, and broadcast the message that inclement weather no longer needs to compromise style.
