Last week I had the pleasure of attending the Opening Party of Demure, an Amsterdam based couture hat studio. All hats are hand made by the owner Yuki, who sees to your every wish being created into a beautiful one of a kind design and fit. Luxury fabrics such as hand woven Harris tweed from the Isle of Harris, wools and cashmere woven with Schoenherr weaving machines and vintage parabuntal straw produced in Italy are used to create the beautiful pieces.
